Description
I created this mixed media piece where I made myself look black and white to represent old art and renaissance statues whilst holding two phones in my hand both with color to represent social media. I was trying to create a contrast between classical art and modern technology, looking at the ideal beauty in Renaissance Art and obsession with social media. This piece was made using a plastic stop sign as the base, procreate to create the image, paper,mod podge and water to apply the paper to the sign and a wet sponge to dab down the modpodge onto the paper.
